An airport thought
The nervous guy with the sunshine hair
has been sitting here forever
waiting for her to show up.
He wipes his wet palms
upon the jeans
that his mother had said she likes the best.
His flickering eyes
following every face
that files through the doors,
I thought that she must be more beautiful than the moon
to call for such attention
without ever being in the room.

The hours

I am happy because I know why I love you,
